You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the weekly order cut-off. By placing an order or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.5 Continued use of the Website or placing orders after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.6 You should retain a copy of these Terms for your records.

1.7 Acceptance of these Terms is required at checkout. Orders cannot be completed without acceptance.

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

2.1 Our Services are available only to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland, and excluding certain postcodes as specified on our website. Orders from outside these areas cannot currently be accepted.

3. YOUR ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you confirm that:

4. CONTRACT FORMATION

4.1 Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products via a subscription Service. A contract is formed only once the Products have been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation has been issued.

4.2 Subscriptions include an initial charge followed by recurring payments. You authorise us to charge recurring payments until cancellation or payment method changes are made.

4.3 Subscriptions continue indefinitely unless cancelled by you or terminated by us. You may cancel at any time before the stated deadline without penalty.

4.4 Subscription cancellation or pausing can be managed via your online account prior to the weekly cut-off time stated on the Website.

4.5 We reserve the right to decline or terminate subscriptions at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected.

5. PRODUCTS

5.1 Product images are illustrative only. Actual Products may vary in appearance, colour, size or packaging.

5.2 You are responsible for inspecting Products on delivery and for correct storage, preparation and use. We accept no liability for issues arising from improper handling.

5.3 All allergen information is provided on packaging and on the Website. Responsibility for checking allergens rests with the customer.

5.4 Products are subject to availability. Reasonable substitutions may be offered where necessary.

6. VOUCHERS AND GIFT CARDS

6.1 Vouchers must be activated online to begin Services. Paid gift cards are considered sold at the point of payment.

6.2 Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable and may not be copied or redistributed.

6.3 We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw vouchers at any time, except for paid gift cards.

6.4 Vouchers must be redeemed online using the provided code.

6.5 Introductory offers apply to new customers only and are limited to one per person, household or payment method.

6.6 Discounts apply to Products only and exclude delivery charges.

6.7 Certain Products may be excluded from voucher use.

6.8 Voucher use cannot be combined with account credits unless stated otherwise.
